PROPERTY INFORMATION BOOK


With many different guests travelling from all over the world, we appreciate that everyone has their own expectations and requirements both from their own home as well as from a holiday rental house - while-day to-day living in rural Spain might also be a little different too!


Therefore, to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we have included plenty of information about our self catering properties and the finca which we kindly ask the main booking contact to read before arrival (and share with others in the booking), as well as answered the most frequently-asked questions below.

QUICK POINTS


  * CARETAKER : Our part time caretaker also speaks English and will be on the finca at some point every day, so if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay please let El Sueño know by Whatsapp directly on: +44 7709 984 726.  ( As their hours are flexible around other commitments in different locations, so this is the fastest and easiest way to organise with them or another professional as required.)


  *   GENERAL MAINTENANCE & GARDENING : There is ongoing and routine maintenance for the properties and gardening work required throughout the year, including around properties eg strimming and mowing - although wherever possible this will be organised during changeovers or after 10:00, to reduce disturbance. For hotter/drier periods, patio plant pots are watered regularly, while there is also an overnight irrigation system with lawn sprinklers - so we advise that personal items are not left outside apart from on the private property patios. Please note that the grounds of the finca are managed ecologically, so there will be seasonal periods where areas are left untouched for wildlife and plants so will appear naturally untidy.


  * SWIMMING POOLS: please note that the unheated swimming pools are open from April to October inclusive and will be checked daily and cleaned regularly (daily in the warmer months). There may also be additional routine checks and work required at other times, for which the gates may be temporarily locked if required for safety eg additional pool cleaning treatment - although this is usually in the hotter months and planned for overnight wherever possible to reduce disruption.
